Service Rates and Fees

We accept Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Avera Health Plans, and Sanford Health. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, checks, cash, and wire transfers/ACH payments.

We also accept CareCredit for qualified patients. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that may allow you to pay over time for out-of-pocket costs.

Video and Phone sessions are billed at the same rate as in-person sessions. Long phone calls to insurance companies, other therapists or providers, and the completion of paperwork such as a written evaluation/disability paperwork are billed at the same rate as an in-person visit as time for these must be built into the workday.

If we are not in network with your insurance company, our office can provide you with a superbill via the patient portal. A superbill is an itemized list of services provided at the clinic which can be submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement.
