Service rates and fees

We accept Wellmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Avera Health Plans, Sanford Health, and Dakotacare.
We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, checks, cash, and wire transfers/ACH payments. We are not able to accept individuals with Medicare at this time.

Video and Phone sessions are billed at the same rate as in-person sessions.  Long phone calls to insurance companies, other therapists or providers, and the completion of paperwork such as a written evaluation/disability paperwork are billed at the same rate as an in-person visit as time for
these must be built into the workday.

If we are not in network with your insurance company, our office can provide you with a superbill via the patient portal. A superbill is an itemized list of services provided at the clinic which can be submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement. Our clinic can submit superbills on your behalf through our EHR, Osmind.
